Faster Moves Ltd  protects all clients privacy and guarantees that any personal information provided is secure.  This policy does not include external websites accessed from this site.  Please see terms and conditions on individual sites.
It is also important that clients ensure that they are protected against any form of financial crime. (See guidelines below).

Personal information security guidelines
• Check that the pc you are using to access our online services cannot be viewed by anyone else, particularly someone you do not know.
• For confidentiality purposes, use your own personal email account and not one that is shared with anyone.
• When you have finished your enquiry or activity or if you need to come back to it, log-off from out site and shut down your Internet browser.

• Firewall software can detect and block abnormal network activity which is often .  automated. An insecure computer is easy to target with "Always-on" Internet connections (Broadband) at most risk.
• Anti-virus software will detect viruses You must keep your anti-virus software up-to-date otherwise it is ineffective. You should update your anti-virus software each time you go on-line.
• Internet website filters block access to ‘dangerous’ web sites and prevent the automatic installation of spyware.  Viruses are usually downloaded from web sites by accident and can have a detrimental impact on your computer system through a number of unexpected activities such as changing a dial up modem connection to  premium-rate
• E-mail content filters can protect your data by identifying any attachments that may incorporate an infected file. If you are suspicious of any emails, delete them immediately and then empty your recycle bin so that they are completely removed from your pc.

Always use different passwords for your online account.  Do not write your password down or give it to anyone else, even a family member.

Trojan Horses

ATrojan horse is a form malware usually disguised as something useful or that appears harmless, but hides which malicious functions. A Trojan horse can harm a computer system's data or performance. Some viruses and other malware have symptoms noticeable to the computer user, but many are surreptitious or simply do nothing to call attention to themselves.
The best way to avoid a Trojan horse is not to accept or open files from someone you don’t know.

Identity theft means that someone is using your personal information without your permission or knowledge.
